Zodiac Zoos want to increase the quality within the organisation. Nutrition is one of the aspects that has to be professionalize.
In the past nutrition was part of the work of the curator. Because of our growing organisation they have chosen for an assistant who works since January 2005 full time on nutrition. Drs. ing. Esmeralda Dols from Zodiac Zoos, wrote an article about the quality improvements of animal nutrition.
